Started watching Akagi. The amount of cheating going on by "the best Mahjong player" is unreal.
I liked Akagi. He's not so much the best Mahjong player as he is the best gambler. He's skilled, but when he can't win through shill he cheats, and when he can't cheat he gets lucky. He's incredibly ballsy.
I started watching Aldnoah.Zero the other day too. It's pretty cool so far, though holy crap does life suck for poor Slaine.
Am I missing something, or do Saazbaum's plans make no sense at all? How does assassinating the princess and starting a war get him the revenge he keeps talking about? "I hate the government because they started a war and got my girlfriend killed! Now I'm going to start another war and that will get me my revenge!" How...? What...?
PS: It's weird, but almost from the beginning I've been getting a Blue Gender sort of vibe from the show. No idea why, they're not really anything alike outside of giant robots, but that feeling just won't go away.
PPS: Is it just me or does Asseylum's 'civilian' disguise look like Leia from Tales of Xillia? It's kind of distracting.

Yeah, I'm hoping there's more to the plan than that. Otherwise he's gone all underpants gnomes on us.
Ouch. And it doesn't even say what songs are on there. I could see myself considering it if I was certain it had Heavenly Blue, aLIEz and Bre@th//less, though either way I'm going to wait a month and see if it gets a digital offering(that isn't a ******* music box version) that's cheaper or just generally price drops.

That plan seems to have backfired. At least, in the short term. It's up to $51.
Here's the tracklist for the OST according to Nipponsei, though I can't imagine at this point it would sway you towards purchasing it. Sounds like straight highway robbery.

For the lulz(I'm broke til Friday, so it doesn't accomplish anything), I found it on a Japanese site for 3100 yen(US$ 28.98). Better than $50, but still more than I want to spend at the moment.
Well, can't say I'm terribly surprised, but still... what the flying fu ck... Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
edit: Apparently this has been a foregone conclusion since the trailer. The tagline "Let justice be done, though the heavens fall" is a reference to Piso's Justice, explained briefly here.
