For Tasks, Quests, Shared Tasks, Group Missions, and Heroic Adventures under Information, you have:
Level: XX
Maximum Level: YYY
Level typically is used to address what level that the mission is most easily or originally expected to be completed. For example, Murdunk's Last Stand says 85, but it can be completed by at least level 75 characters.
Below that is Maxiumum Level, which tells you the maximum level you can be to request or take part in the Task. This is typically whatever the current level cap is.
What I am asking for is either to have Maximum Level changed to Level range which would be 75 to 115 (or 120 when ToL comes out) or to add in a Minimum Level: ZZZ which establishes the lowest level you can be to request or be added to the Task.

Sorry, just saw this thread.
The current level cap was changed to 120 with ToL. I have changed Murdunk's Last Stand to level 75 for the Level.
If you find other quests that can be done at an earlier level, just comment on the quest itself what level it can be done at and we can change the level.
