While attempting to check my subscription status, I realized that I cannot find any link to the page where I can view my subscription status/renewal date and auto-renew on/off. I checked using the drop down on mouseover on my user name and there is no option for account settings, only PM's, User Forum, Bookmarks, Images, Your Posts, Log Out. Your FAQ keeps pointing to http://www.zam.com/users but that link results in a 404 error. Please resolve this ASAP, since it makes me very nervous when a company has me on an auto-renewal and I cannot even check what is going on.

I know it can be confusing but don't use the main zam.com site as it's entirely seperate from the old legacy pages.

Visit legacy.zam.com to see all of your original account information, including subscription dates, the Automatic Renewal toggle, etc. If you find any 404 errors, usually replacing www with legacy will make it work properly. Sorry for the confusion there!

If you need further help, you can always contact me via accounts@zam.com and I can manually turn it off for you if need be.
