Drop down menu issue.Follow

I have my resolution set to 1920x1080. Often I set my windows to cover half the screen. Usually browser on one side, games or other things on the other.

If I try to access the user menu on the far right of the layout, and my window is thinner than the minimum width, then the menu pops up almost at the bottom of the right hand vertical banner. Trying to move your mouse to the popped up menu, as soon as it enters the clear space between the menu header, and the menu items, the menu collapses again.

Not sure if it's fixable, but it's just something I've noticed and figured I'd post.
