EQ Item Collector isn't saving profilesFollow

I have premium access to Allakhazam's. I have EQIC set to quiet, collect on startup, minimzed, profiles, username set, WinPCap. Profile is set to the program directory. I have zoned multiple times with characters. I quit EQ, go into IC and select profiles, and there aren't any. I have also reinstalled EQIC.

Windows 2000. All expansion packs except Omens.

Help please.
