Lucy - Raw data for Unknown070 - Proc RateFollow

I thought I would bring you all some info that has come to light on the Shadowknight.org website. Using that Ohhh so hated program EQemu some people have found the class description that adjusts the proc rate of diferent weapons.

Would it be poable, if not in the desplayed info to atleast add this class id to the Raw data portion of the item info.
