We used to have access to search lucy's database through a bot frontend in Stratics IRC. I used to query lucy in #graffe (as did others) untill late afternoon Monday 1/12, when the bot /quit, and has not been back. I couldn't find any information in these forums about lucy's absense in IRC, but was wondering if it's related to the buyout of lucy by allakhazam, and if so, if there are any plans to bring that frontend back?
