Minion wont Add ESO add onsFollow

I downloaded the program, followed install directions. When I open the program, and "ADD a Game" I select ESO, then point directly to the Add on folder, nothing happens. ESO is not populated in the "my Games" column, and the Game selection window doesn't disappear. The other side of the main window never populates with Add on Icons as shown in some of the screen shots on other posts.

It also appears that others have had this problem, but I don't see any solutions. Please respond if you have had this problem and solved it, or you have a suggestion as to where I may find such a person or ZAM support.
