I've been digging around in the forums here, reading the advice and looking at the builds. I'm stuck now though.
I could go $900ish with a DIY Combo on Newegg. I've included a video card and keyboard/mouse in the total price. No OS. (Combo price is only good till the 26th)
Or I could build one equavilant to my current rig, which is outdated but does what I need it to do in the game.

I've pieced a build together on Newegg. Tower/700W PSU, Mobo, Proc/Video Card Combo, RAM, and HDD. Total is less than $500. Doesn't include OS, KB/Mouse.
Is the differences in the two rigs worth the 400 dollars in savings?
Or to be more specific will there be noticeable differences in the game between the two builds?
Removed Dell link and cash-strapped reference.
