Pop up ads crashing EQFollow

Sounds like you are having a windows pop up spam atttack. The pop-ups from this attack look like small windows notification windows, no graphics, just text. If that is the case, Try this:

XP Home, you go to Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> Administrative Tools -> Services. Scroll down to messanger, double click it and stop service, then from the startup type pulldown menu set it to manual or disable> apply> ok.

If that doesn't do it, let me know and we try plan B. are you running Kazaa?

Well, no luck so far. Would Kazaa lite pose this sort of problem? I'll go through those files and see if I can find anything. The window that pops up, ( over and over again) sports the heading of "Search Aide" and opens a small window w/ a serch bar?????
