I got an email this morning. Amazon is giving it's Prime users an across the board 20% discount on game preorders. Includes things like Collector's Editions.

As far as I can tell it's a new perk to the Amazon Prime system. So it's until they decide to change it.

So not only pre-order, but up to 2 weeks after release. Looks like it's only good on physical items though. So no 20% off digital releases.
