It's not subjective when we're talking about a market trend, which is clearly what we're doing. I don't care what console has the better lineup for an individual gamer, I care about which system has the better lineup relative to the market. Right now, that is easily the 3DS. The Vita has some amazing gems, like Gravity Rush (and obviously Persona 4).
But the 3DS has the much more substantial library of quality games. Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing, Shin Megami, the Nintendo IPs, Monster Hunter, etc.
The Vita's is getting better, and very quickly, but it's obviously not at the point where it's matching the 3DS from a market perspective. Particularly not with the major Pokemon/Zelda releases the 3DS has coming up.
I think it's also worth asking if what you're currently playing is a fair assessment of a console's lineup. A new player has access to all of those titles for the first time, so anything you've exhausted already still take their time. If I was walking into the purchase, right now, with no attention paid to the PS4, the 3DS would present the better lineup, overall.
If I was approaching them as a new player a year from now, the gap made by time would have already closed a lot, and it would be a different story.
