Yeah, I can hear it now that I'm watching a better quality trailer. I was watching it on a recorded livestream, and it was pretty rough. Didn't sound like her at all there.
Also, as someone just pointed out to me, regarding that crazy part of the trailer where the sky appears to rip open and meteors fall... "One day the magic will come back. All of it. Everyone will be just like they were. The shadows will part, and the skies will open wide. When he rises, everyone will see."
[EDIT]
I feel like, if they can pull the open-world style off, the game will be awesome. The DA lore is at a really great place for an open-world stab at things. You have many fleshed-out factions, and many approaches to the core concept of a war between Mages and Templars.
The Chantry has fragmented into factions, with the Templars no longer heeding the Revered Mother, and the Seekers being her branch of the Chantry (focused on trying to end the war, period, and more often targeting the Templars than Mages).
Mages have always been factional, but now there's no safe, solid ground for any of them to stand on. So that adds a lot of chaos to the fight. This isn't just a war between Templars and Mages, it's a war between many factions of Mages versus factions of Templars in independently spawning rebellions.
Add in the Qunari threat, the additional nations they've been working to really flesh out in the EU stuff, the new Orlesian Empress novel coming out, the changing state of Elves that has been brewing since DAO, quite a bit of new Dwarven stuff, red lyrium, etc.
There's a LOT they can work with. They just need to be willing to really go all the way with it, imo.
