I guess I'm the only one who cares... but yeah I've been trying this out.
Things I sometimes play...

Actually, no - your not. I think part of the problem is since ZAM doesnt have any official "page" or whatever like WoW, or some of the other games, ppl here dont know about the game.
I bought the game a couple of years ago before it went F2P, and loved it - just got side tracked with other things. when they started working on the F2P concept, I was invited to the beta. I played beta, and now have even become a VIP. I have always been facinated by the D&D ruleset, but never really had time to do the pnp 3.x rules, so this is perfect for me.
I hope that more ppl find DDO, either as a F2P'er or VIP - its alot of fun, and a totally different combat system that WoW - imo..
