Where to buy a Holo?Follow

I first want to say that i am not a holo grinder....that being said I do need to buy one. I am new to the game and a friend "loanded" me one with the promice that I would replace it. The trouble is I cant seem to find one for less than a million, or when i go to a place like theed and a vendor is shouting "holo for sale at ...." when i go there no holos.
please help so that i may repay my friend.
