In Oggok there is a thig called shimmering portal...im lvl 9 and when i go to it nothing happens...but when y lvl 17 friend goes toit he gfets ported to neriak...why cant i or what do i have to do to do so?

Never been there and I never will but I think I recall someone saying something about this and from what I remamber you have to be at least level 10 or maybe 15 for it to work for you. If I'm right then cool if not sorry for the bad info.

yes u r right it takes u to neriak but i went in at lvl 11

You must be 11th lvl to use the portal.
I seem to remember from beta that one of the qeusts tells you to use the portal for part of it. But yes you have to be a certain level to use it, don't remember minimum level or what level the qeust was.
you either have to be lvl 11 or finsish your lv 10 qst before you can use the portal both applications happen to me at the same time so i dont know which is which
