Citizen SwappingFollow

my clan has started a player city on Lowca and are at level 2 after a week but want to get to 4 ASAP.

We want to 'swap' citizens with another outpost/village/etc on another server.

each of us would handle all the costs and houses on their own server...you would just create characters and the 'hosts' would then you to the city, provide houses, and continue to pay for those houses...all the 'visitors' would ahve to do is show up and declare residence....this process would then be reversed on the other server. We can do this for up to 15 accounts, but fewer
would be ok too
