First of is that guy supposed to be THE Ramza? He looks nothing like him (plus the story they talk about a second person with Delita, who Im sure is Ramza so if they were talking abuut that other Ramza wouldn't we know? I mean they claimed Ramza (the npc you meet) is 16, Ramza would/should be WAY older.
Also we see Final Fantasy Tactics characters and Robonastre? Well even if I were to believe that FF Tactics and FFXIV are in the same world... Final Fantasy XII takes place 1000 before tactics sooo wuldnt the characters be impossibly old by now?

XIV's story telling is an absolute mess as always, but they're the actual people and locations. So in terms of ages, they'll be the ages they were alive/died in their respective game depending on which game SE pulls from. For example when the inevitable VII cross over happens, they'll be whatever ages they were in Advent Children/Original VII.
But yeah, it is indeed 'the ramza', the only issue is the way models work in this game otherwise I'm sure they would have used FF Dissidia NT's model.

You didn't really think that once time travel was introduced into the story that it would never be used again, did you?

And you don't want to ask what Krile is doing in FFXIV? She's from FFV. Matoya's from FFI... and the Garlean empire is based on the empire from FFXII.
Don't look too hard for world connections here. You'll have a bad time.
