Funny thing is, no one is complaining about latency on the easier stuff, such as Ifrit/Garuda.

Ifrit gives clear indicators and ample time to get by them. Garuda gives clear indicators and ample time to get by them. Titan gives you indicators, but in a tetris 99th level sort of way where you have to anticipate the move before it happens (gained through experience). You can not see the move, react, and move out of the way. Titan doesnt give you the time, and the inherant latency present on all battle effects just compound the problem here. It isn't an issue for garuda and ifrit because the moves are all slow, repeated in exactly the same way, and methodical. You can see, react, and move out of the way and be there with just enough time to offset latency. Hell, Garuda has completely disappeared off of the map for me, just poof, gone. And that has happened twice now out of about 20 runs. The problems are definetely there in the other primal battles. Only those don't require anticipation to avoid.
