I'm a CNJ who will stop to give a raise. In the beta I'd camp near the LVL 15 Gargoyle instance and just raise up the corpses it would create.
No one should be chastised for asking for help. If you think the problem has a simple solution then help out!

Every time I die I just respawn and teleport back. It's quick and costs almost nothing.
In XI, raises were much more needed/wanted due to the huge exp hit if you respawn. I can still hear the dreaded "level down" sound effects 'til this day.
Thinking back, though, it was indeed pretty funny at times when you see someone drop dead and level down. xD

While I generally try to ignore that sort of thing, it is annoying. It will take all of three minutes (if that) to home point, teleport, and run out to wherever you just died at. Shouting for a Raise in that situation is just stupid.
