It seemed kind of silly to have an NDA in place during Open Beta, considering anyone who wanted to see it, could simply sign up and get in the actual game itself. Oh well. As someone stated earlier about posting 60 screens a second, I'd say be safe and go 15 per second, as they could not accuse that of being video, as the PAL standard is 24, I believe and NTSC is a whopping 30! :D

The early access period had always been up to the 30th. Unless they specifically state that the launch is pushed back, you're clear to start streaming then.

It said you could play through the 27th, but the end date was always the 30th. I think it was just worded a little wonky. When I first saw it I was a little confused, but then I realized...
The intent is that people have a few days grace period while they wait for the game to be delivered. The early access was over a weekend so if someone pre-ordered right before it started, it wouldn't get shipped out until Monday. This gives people time to play the game without having to stop and wait for their copy to arrive and register it.
I also remembered it because when the issues started I was thinking people could wait all the way up to the 30th to register the game and squeeze out a few extra days of free time to make up for all of the setbacks

So what does that mean for the NDA do you think? Since the 'official launch' is technically now, shouldn't the NDA be lifted? I have been trying to get a response from SE but to no avail as of yet.

I thought launch was tomorrow. It's Monday about 3 AM for me. I think when the game launches tomorrow it's fine to stream. Not even sure why they have an NDA on it. It's not like they're going to change anything. Maybe they just don't want people streaming spoilers because the MMORPG.com stream had that in the title, no cutscenes.
Oh, I think the IGN stream is supposed to be today too. Maybe that will have more info about it.

No worries. Yeah, I'd wait to see if they say anything tomorrow but as far as I know Tuesday morning will still be launch and NDA will be off for all to stream beyond official release.
