Exclamation For Version 1.0 Users that Did Not Receive their Beta Invite

Greetings everyone,

To better help the version 1.0 users that did not receive their Beta Test email, we've created a special flow to get assistance from our Support Center. Visit the FFXIV: ARR Support Center Site.

Then fill out the fields using the following information:

Contact Category: Accounts/ID
Contact Sub Category: Registration Code
Contact Details: Blocked Phase 3 Beta Test Invite

Click "Next" (you will need to log into your Square Enix account) to proceed to "Email Support". In the Detailed Condition field, simply provide the following information:

Registered Email Address (if different than what was entered in Contact Email Address field)
Square Enix ID

The Support Center agents will then review your ticket and Square Enix account information and if you are confirmed a beta recipient, we will reply with your Beta Test key and instructions on how to register it.

Thank you once again for your patience and we hope to get everyone into the Beta as soon as can.

You should have gotten a key in phase 1 being a Legacy, so if you entered a key for a previous phase you can just log in.

Yes. Sadly, some 1.0 players, like my friend, didn't get a beta code properly sent, so this is for them.

I actually just got mine. I put a ticket in on last Saturday.

There was an apology and everything.

Pretty cool!

I'm glad that they're expediting this for the other 1.0'ers.

If you are a 1.0 and you don't have your code, create a ticket and use chat support rather than email support. It is faster, took me one hour to get through and the CS rep just gave me a key after confirming my name and email address. It could get busy Friday but it seems the fastest way since they never did answer my email ticket.

Oh, thank you for the heads up. Should cancel my ticket, and re do it? or just leave as is?

I'd leave it, try the chat system and if that works for you, you can delete the other ticket after.

Yeah I hadn't gotten my code either for my main account. Luckily I got 3 others for my other email accounts. SO I just tied one of the codes onto my main. Still have yet to get one for my v1 account...

Can anyone tell me how to actually choose the chat option as opposed to email response? I cannot seem to find this option on the support site. I think it may be due to the fact I have blurred vision because of how many times I have checked my email inbox in hope of my 1.0 ARR Beta invite...
