Echo macro helpFollow

I use a echo macro on my archer for my buffs but for one of the echo's it's way out of synch

I use

/ac "Hawk's Eye" <me>
/wait 1
/ac "Raging Strikes" <me>
/wait 90
/echo Hawk's Eye is ready!
/wait 120
/echo Raging Strikes is ready!

the Hawk's eye part goes off like 15-20 secs before the CD is finished. Knowing my luck it's due to the /wait 90 but I'm clueless on how to make it work correctly
