can't figure out why -movie issue-Follow

So the game runs near perfect but ... any CS that runs like the opening one and its just..... bad low fps frame skipping just all kinds of nasty but all the in game CS run once again perfect I know my pc can handle the movie style one because they seem to be a lower rez then the in-game ones halp!!
