Botany help// Weathered Scythe :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

I can't find Weathered Scythe anywhere. I'm trying to complete my gathering log at lvl 5 so I can move onto the higher tier, but I can't without being able to harvest lush vegetation :(

Can anyone point me in the direction of a Weathered Scythe?

If the tradeskill NPC (the one who sells the crafting equipment for your main/off hand) doesn't have it, check the ones in the other two cities. I know that mining gear is, inexplicably, in Limsa Lominsa.

It doesn't matter if you have one. None of the vegetation nodes show up before level 11, and you get a scythe when you do your level 10 Botany quest.
